If you are having your tables delivered, they will be placed in a secure area stacked together or under your tent. We do not set up or take down unless it is arranged well ahead of time, and we have the time to accommodate. At the time of pickup, we request that the tables are folded and gathered as they were when delivered. Clean up fees are charged in the event we have to have our crew spend the extra time.

All rentals are subject to availability. A non-refundable deposit of 25%+hst is required to reserve your booking of most rentals. Tents require a non-refundable deposit of 50%+hst of the tent cost to secure your date. Delivery dates are based on location and demand and scheduled the week of your event based on event date and geographical proximity to the other orders for the week. Your flexibility is appreciated.
