Rental Categories
Weekend Rentals are picked up on Friday and returned on Monday. Weekday Rentals can be picked up the day prior to your event and returned the day following. You are not charged for the pickup and return days. For extended rentals and/or multi-day events please enquire for pricing. Delivery schedules will vary.
All our tents require installation by our crews and require flexibility in install dates due to scheduling and weather.
We offer a number of options available for all events and budgets. Please inquire if you don't see exactly what you are looking for.
Our Dinner & Flaware is all sold by the dozen (except when noted otherwise) and includes cleaning in the rental price.

All rentals are subject to availability. A non-refundable deposit of 25%+hst is required to reserve your booking of most rentals. Tents require a non-refundable deposit of 50%+hst of the tent cost to secure your date. Delivery dates are based on location and demand and scheduled the week of your event based on event date and geographical proximity to the other orders for the week. Your flexibility is appreciated.
