Frame Tents
We are able to set fame tents up on almost any setting. The All Reasons Crew construct the framework for the canopy on the ground and then lift the entire structure onto legs. This provides you with an open span from one end of the tent to the other with no obstructions. The tent needs an extra 2 ft around the perimeter to allow for staking. Stakes are 4 feet in length and 1.5 inches in diameter and requires absolute certainty there is nothing underground.

Pole Tents
Pole Tents require a flat surface for installation. The All Reasons Crew lays the canopy out on the ground and it is stretched to square. The corner legs are installed, pulled tight and then the rest of the legs are installed. Finally the centre pole(s) are inserted and the structure is lifted. The size of the tent will determine how many centre poles are required. The tent needs an extra 5 ft around the perimeter to allow for staking.

Sidewall
All sidewall is priced per foot and is permanently in place once installed. Any customer who chooses to remove wall anyways will be subject to cleaning and possibly damage or replacement fees. We recommend adding wall the week of your event once a weather forecast is known. Walling a tent in the summer time can result in EXTREME heat concerns in your tent for your guests as there is no air flow.
Solid Wall

Solid Wall is the most popular for privacy and shelter from weather. Price is per foot and comes in 20 ft section.

Clear Wall

Clear Walls give you the shelter you are looking for without closing in the tent from light if privacy is not needed. NOTE: Clear wall is a durable plastic and is not fully transparent. These walls may have creases or waterspots visible. Price is per foot and comes in 40 ft sections.
Window Wall

The perfect mix of solid and clear in an elegant window pattern. Not recommended for uneven installs as the windows will accentuate this. Price is per foot and comes in 20 ft sections.
